Las dos cosas. En IPRESA Studio diseñamos el proyecto, gestionamos las licencias y ejecutamos la obra con nuestro propio equipo. Tienes un único interlocutor y un único contrato desde el primer boceto hasta la entrega de llaves.Both. Sí. Tras la visita y el anteproyecto te entregamos un presupuesto desglosado por partidas, con calidades y plazos por escrito. Si durante la obra decides cambiar algo, lo valoramos aparte antes de hacerlo.Yes. After the visit and the preliminary design we give you a budget itemised line by line, with finishes and timeline in writing. If you decide to change something during the works, we price it separately before doing it.
¿Os encargáis de la licencia de obra y de actividad?Do you handle building and activity permits?
Sí. Redactamos el proyecto técnico, la memoria de actividad y la documentación que pida el Ayuntamiento (licencia de obra, declaración responsable o licencia de actividad) y hacemos el seguimiento hasta tenerla.Yes. We draft the technical project, the activity report and whatever the City Council requires (building permit, responsible declaration or activity licence) and follow it through until it is granted.
