Quiénes somos: diseño, técnica y obra con un mismo nombreAbout us: design, engineering and construction under one name
Creamos espacios con identidad y los construimos con precisión.IPRESA Studio is an architecture studio and construction company based in Dos Hermanas, Seville. We create spaces with identity and build them with precision.
Empezamos por los detalles. Hoy construimos el espacio entero. We started with the details. Today we build the whole space.
Ese oficio del detalle es todavía hoy nuestra firma.IPRESA Studio was born specialising in designer drywall, wall finishes and interior renovations: ceilings with integrated light, curved shapes and finishes that completely transform a space. That craft of detail is still our signature today.
Over the years we added architecture, interior design, 3D rendering, permit management and full construction. That is how a studio emerged able to take a project from the first idea to the handover of keys, with no middlemen.
Today we design and build homes, retail units, restaurants, offices and hotels, and we restore historic buildings. We are based in Dos Hermanas, work across Seville and take on projects nationwide.

The studio that draws is the team that builds.
When the architect and the builder are different companies, every problem has two versions and nobody responsible. At IPRESA Studio there is only one version: ours, and we stand behind it.
